Aptic Services receives quality award

We’re happy to announce that Aptic Services has been denoted as a safe customer contact by the Swedish business association Kontakta, for the third year in a row.

Kontakta assigns the quality label “Trygg Kundkontakt” (Safe Customer Contact) to members who represent ethical and responsible customer service and telemarketing.

The label was created in 2015, is awarded annually and has been developed to guide consumers to reputable telemarketers and ensuring ethics in customer service. Kontakta displays which companies obtained the label on their web site, making it easy for consumers to find the businesses that meet the requirements and thereby ensure that the company they have been in contact with is legitimate.

The label proves that the company comply with statutes, Swedish legislation, existing practices and good faith in dealings with consumers and in business in general. There are requirements on fair terms for employees, good work environment and that always at least one person has undergone Kontakta’s member education.

Kontakta is a business association for companies and organisations who work with customer service and sales.
