OpusCapita launches Nordic collection services supported by Aptic solution

News, Press Releases, 20 January, 2016

Aptic is part of an international agreement when Finnish based OpusCapita launches collection services. The business will be up and running already in spring 2016.

OpusCapita is focusing on comprehensive Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes combining software, outsourcing and services with a delivery model that offers the best value for customers. Now OpusCapita has as part of its invoice handling expanding into collection using a system delivered by Aptic. The Swedish collection companies have to count on competition on their home market as OpusCapita acquired the Swedish collection company Kredithanterarna in 2015. Kredithanterarna already use the Aptic platform.

– We performed a thorough evaluation and found that Aptic’s system gave us the performance and functionality we were looking for when choosing a platform for our collection services, says Ahti Allikas O2C Solution Director at OpusCapita.

The agreement comprises support and operation. The business model is volume-based.

– We are proud to be part of OpusCapita’s new business operation within collection services. They are market leaders within invoice handling and we will make our outmost to transfer the knowledge we have within Aptic, says Susanne Bruce, Executive board member of Aptic.

In connection with the agreement Aptic will invest in country specific adaptations of the system.

– Our system has to be adapted to the local rules and regulations and the agreement with OpusCapita is an opportunity for us to become a company to count on in Finland, continues Susanne Bruce.
