INDUSTRY TRAINING COURSES

Our experience in the credit management industry stretches all the way back to 1982. We have worked in senior positions in large debt collection companies, have served on their boards and have been active in industry organisations. We know the industry inside out. Among other things, Aptic gives lectures and training courses on debt collection in Sweden, debt restructuring, the whole process from invoice to payment and e-commerce solutions.

SYSTEM TRAINING COURSES

We provide training courses linked to our own business system. We obviously have a unique knowledge bank about Aptic ARC and all its areas of use: from developers who have written each line of code to our administrative staff who use the system every day. We have staff who have been developing business systems since the 1980s. Benefit from that knowledge by booking a lecture or training course.

The credit management chain

‘From invoice to payment’ is how we usually refer to the whole process that makes up the credit management chain. In this basic lecture we actually start at the credit information stage and take you through the whole chain of events and actions that end in long-term debt surveillance. An introduction to credit management.

Good debt collection practice

The Swedish Data Inspection Board is the supervisory authority responsible for debt collection licences, and ensures that the industry follows good debt collection practice and the Debt Collection Act. How are these guidelines best interpreted? This lecture provides support in pursuing debt collection activity in the correct manner and in correctly interpreting good debt collection practice.
